This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to all information that bondar.design, ("bondar.design") under the domain name bondar.design (and its sub-domains), may obtain about Users when using bondar.design (and its sub-domains), its programs and its products.

1.1 The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Site Administration" (hereinafter - the Administration) - authorized employees to manage the website bondar.design, who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determines the purpose of processing of personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal data" - any information relating to directly or indirectly identified or defined by an individual (personal data subject).

1.1.3. "Processing of personal data" - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, erasure, destruction of personal data.

1.1.4 "Confidentiality of personal data" - mandatory requirement for the Operator or other person having access to personal data to prevent their dissemination without the consent of the subject of personal data or availability of other legal grounds.

1.1.5. "Bondar.design website" is a set of linked web pages located in the Internet at the unique address (URL): bondar.design, as well as its sub-domains.

1.1.6. "Subdomains" shall mean the pages or the set of pages located at the third level domains belonging to the bondar.design website, as well as other temporary pages with contact information of the Administration at the bottom

1.1.7. "User of bondar.design website" (hereinafter referred to as "User") means a person who accesses bondar.design website through the Internet and uses the information, materials and products of bondar.design website.

1.1.8. "Cookie" is a small data item sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which a web client or a web browser sends to a web server each time it attempts to open a page on the relevant website.

1.1.9. "IP Address" is the unique network address of the node in the computer network through which the User accesses bondar.design.

2.1 Use of the website bondar.design by the User means consent to this Privacy Policy and the terms of processing of personal data of the User.

2.2. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Privacy Policy User shall stop using the website bondar.design.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the website bondar.design. bondar.design has no control over and is not responsible for the websites of third parties to which the User can go through the links available on the bondar.design website.

2.4 Administration does not check the accuracy of personal information provided by the User.

3.1 This Privacy Policy states the Administration's obligations not to disclose and ensure the protection of confidentiality of personal data, which the User provides at the request of the Administration upon registration on the website bondar.design or by signing up for an e-mail newsletter.

3.2. personal information, which is allowed for processing under this Privacy Policy, is provided by the User by filling in the forms on the website bondar.design and includes the following information:

3.2.1. full name of the User;

3.2.2. contact phone number of the User;

3.2.3. e-mail address (e-mail)

3.2.4. place of residence of the User (if necessary)

3.2.5. photo (if necessary).

3.3. bondar.design protects the Data which is automatically transmitted when visiting the pages:

3.3.1 Disabling cookies may result in the inability to access parts of the website requiring authorisation.

3.3.2. bondar.design collects statistics about the IP addresses of its visitors. This information is used to prevent, detect and solve technical problems.

3.4 Any other personal information not mentioned above (history of visits, browsers used, operating systems, etc.) shall be stored securely and shall not be disclosed, except as stated in cl. 5.2. of this Privacy Policy.

4.1 The Administration may use the User's personal information for the following purposes:

4.1.1. to identify the User registered on the bondar.design website for its further authorization.

4.1.2. to provide access to the User's personalized data on bondar.design.

4.1.3. to establish a feedback with the User, including sending notifications, requests regarding the use of bondar.design, processing requests and applications from the User.

4.1.4. to determine the User's location for security purposes, fraud prevention, etc.

4.1.5. confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal information provided by the User.

4.1.6. creating an account for using parts of the bondar.design website, if the User has agreed to create an account.

4.1.7. notifying the User by email.

4.1.8. provide the User with effective technical support when Users have problems related to using bondar.design.

4.1.9. provide the User with special offers, newsletters or other information on behalf of bondar.design upon User's consent.

5.1 Processing of personal data of the User is carried out without any time limit, by any legal means, including information systems of personal data with or without means of automation.

5.2 Personal data of the User may be transferred to the authorized state bodies of the Russian Federation only on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administration shall be entitled not to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.4. The Administration shall take necessary organisational and technical measures for protection of personal information of the User from unauthorised or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

5.5. the Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

6.1 The User shall have the right:

6.1.1 Decide freely to provide their personal data required to use the bondar.design website, and give consent to its processing.

6.1.2. To update, supplement the provided information on personal data in case of changes in such information.

6.1.3. The User is entitled to receive from the Administration information on the processing of its personal data, if such right is not limited by federal laws. The User shall be entitled to demand from the Administration to clarify its personal data, block or destroy them if personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take statutory measures to protect its rights. To do this, it is sufficient to notify the Administration at the specified E-mail address.

6.2 The Administration shall be obliged to:

6.2.1. use the obtained information solely for the purposes specified in Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. ensure keeping confidential information secret, not to disclose without the prior written permission of the User, and not to sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in any other ways the personal data of the User, except for items 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.3 Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data of the User, according to the procedure generally used for the protection of such information in the existing business turnover.

6.2.4 To block Personal Data concerning the respective User from the moment of the User's, or its legal representative's, or authorised body for the protection of the personal data subjects' rights, application or request, in case of inaccurate Personal Data or unauthorised actions, for the period of verification.

7.1. the Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for any losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorised use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases provided by Clauses. 5.2 and 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration shall bear no responsibility if the Confidential Information:

7.2.1. was in the public domain before the loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. was obtained from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administration.

7.2.3. was disclosed with the User's consent.

7.3 User is solely responsible for complying with the laws of the Russian Federation, including, but not limited to, laws on advertising, protection of copyright and related rights, and protection of trademarks and service marks, including full responsibility for the content and form of the Materials.

7.4 The User acknowledges that any information (including but not limited to: data files, texts, etc.) that the User may have access to as part of bondar.design is the responsibility of the person who provided such information.

7.5 The User agrees that the information provided to them as part of bondar.design may be a piece of intellectual property, the rights to which are protected and belong to the other Users, partners or advertisers who are posting such information on bondar.design. The User may not modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on such Content (in whole or in part) unless such actions have been expressly authorised in writing by the owners of such Content pursuant to the terms of a separate agreement.

7.6 In relation to the text materials (articles, publications made available for free public access on bondar.design), it is allowed to distribute them on condition that a link to bondar.design is provided.

7.7. Administration is not responsible to the User for any loss or damage suffered by the User due to the removal, failure or inability to preserve any Content or other communication data contained on or transmitted through bondar.design.

7.8. Administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from: the use or inability to use the site or individual services; unauthorized access to communications of User; statements or conduct of any third party on the site.

7.9. Administration is not responsible for any information posted by User on website bondar.design, including but not limited to: information protected by copyright, without the express consent of the copyright owner.

8.1 Prior to recourse to court for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (written or electronic proposal for voluntary settlement of disputes).

8.2 The recipient of the claim shall notify the claimant of the outcome of the claim in writing or electronically within 30 calendar days after receipt of the claim.

8.3 If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the Arbitration Court of Gyumri.

8.4. The current legislation of the Republic of Armenia shall be applied to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Administration.

9.1. Administration reserves the right to make changes in the present Privacy Policy without User's consent.

9.2. New Privacy Policy comes into effect upon its publication on bondar.design, if not stipulated otherwise by the new Privacy Policy version.
