We have been working with Ilya for a couple of years in a software development company named Qoollo.Ilya started as a middle designer in the company. At that time there was no design department at all, and our development teams didn't have any confidence in interaction with designers. It was the responsibility of Ilya to "penetrate" into the working process. After 1-2 months, he successfully did it, and demand for designers' services dramatically increased.Ilya demonstrated an initiative position and suggested form a full-fledged design department. It has never been easier to write a recommendation for a colleague. I had the pleasure of working with Ilya at Qoollo. When he joined the company, there wasn't even a design department at all. In 1.5 years of hard work Ilya managed to create a full-stack design-department of eight people. Ilya organized a dozen qualifying interviews for applicants. Ilya was able to train and raise the qualifications of all the trainees and set up a productive work pipeline.
