Redesigned the UX and UI of the specific address finding and confirming flow for both iOS and Android, improving usability and reducing drop-offs during the ordering process
Conducted a deep promo website review to identify conversion bottlenecks, then defined UX improvements and coordinated implementation with web developers
Designed promotional print materials to drive app awareness, increasing daily active users and order volume
Created detailed user personas and conducted comprehensive UX analysis for Hunger.de, providing insights later used by the marketing team to shape targeted advertising campaigns
