B2C mobile app connecting restaurants with customers seeking delivery or takeaway options across the German and Austrian markets. The app serves as a seamless bridge between hungry users and local eateries, helping restaurants increase  revenue while offering customers convenience, special offers and choice.
Design tasks which I had and completed:
Redesigned the UX and UI of the specific address finding and confirming flow for both iOS and Android, improving usability and reducing drop-offs during the ordering process
Conducted a deep promo website review to identify conversion bottlenecks, then defined UX improvements and coordinated implementation with web developers
Designed promotional print materials to drive app awareness, increasing daily active users and order volume
Created detailed user personas and conducted comprehensive UX analysis for Hunger.de, providing insights later used by the marketing team to shape targeted advertising campaigns
Created design system for this project.
Collaborated closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure design consistency across platforms and channels

Project note from Ilya
This project was a huge boost to my understanding of the EU market, as I conducted research, interviews, and developed detailed user personas that were later used to shape new marketing campaigns and visuals for them. I particularly enjoyed working on the address flows, tackling the unique UX challenges of food delivery in Germany and Austria

B2C personas

I created 10 detailed user personas covering the most part of the EU society to understand what their desires in case of food ordering. Researching user behavior and creating detailed personas didn’t just guide design decisions - it organically led to new Jobs-To-Be-Done, uncovered untapped business directions, and sparked ideas for targeted promo campaigns. Mobile iOS address flow

I redesigned the address flow, carefully considering both technical requirements and the unique structure of German and Austrian addresses. This work improved data accuracy, reduced user errors, and ensured smoother order processing for deliveries and takeaways.

Key results
For Hunger, I streamlined the address-setting flow on iOS and Android, boosting order completion. My research and detailed personas informed new marketing campaigns that increased engagement. On the web, my conversion audit improved funnel efficiency, while promo materials helped grow daily active users and orders across Germany and Austria.
